Submerged Mexican

About

Submerged Mexican is just a blog on pretty much anything.

What’s with the name?  Well, it isn’t a satirical commentary on the issue of immigration. It’s not a codename for a top secret, underwater military facility in the Gulf of Mexico. It’s not what people call themselves when they’re drunk on tequila. It simply refers to a highly traumatic fishing trip, boat ramp, a lake and an Isuze Hombre and that’s all I have to say on the matter.

Who am I? My name is Bryan. I’m a 20-something, red-blooded male living somewhere in Central Maryland where I am able to ration enough food and water to last me until the next trip to the store. I’m a software / web developer by day and a guy who tries to sleep at night. My interests vary but they include web dev, SEO, music, football, many things automotive, politics/current events and that lovely vice of alcohol.

What makes me an expert on any of these things? Not really a damn thing. But Ive had a bit of experience in most of those topics: my career is obviously related, I enjoy listening to and pretending I can write music, I’m a Baltimore Ravens fan, I enjoy tinkering on vehicles, I pay attention to the news and I like to drink. :)

Why should you care? You probably shouldn’t. But if you find any of these subjects interesting or have some insight or experiences to share, I would love to hear them. I hope that’s what Submerged Mexican is all about.
